TYC Kooperace s.r.o. is a stable supplier of machine parts for a wide range of industries.
Our primary goal is to ensure seamless, high-quality, and timely deliveries according to our customers' requirements. We achieve this reliability mainly through the stability and extensive experience of our employees.
We offer our customers both complete turnkey production, including final surface treatments, and the execution of individual technological operations. Our capacities cover everything from raw material preparation and roughing to welding, annealing, and final machining. We manage most of these processes in-house, while utilizing a close network of proven, long-term partner companies for specialized technological procedures.
This approach allows us to react flexibly to market needs and deliver solutions that precisely meet the demands of modern mechanical engineering.

How we grew
We started in 2015 with a vision to deliver premium engineering components where precision matters most. Today, our parts power vehicles and support operations in hospitals, smelting plants, and the defense industry. Our biggest step forward came in 2020, when we moved to our own production facility in Strašice near Rokycany. This provided us with the space to grow, innovate, and offer our customers a level of quality we are proud to stand behind.
2015
The first rented premises in the old Malthouse in Mýto and after a few months the start of our own production. Purchase of the first MAZAK QTS 200IIMS turning center – 9/2015.
2016
Reconstruction of additional production facilities and purchase of a second MAZAK QTN 250IIMS turning center – 5/2016.
2017
Reconstruction of the last part of the rented production hall. Installation of a new horizontal boring machine WHQ 105 CNC I. and purchase of a very important measuring arm.
2018
Purchase of our own industrial land in the village of Strašice. Our own production facilities will enable a significant expansion of production capabilities, especially in terms of the size and weight of parts.
2019
The beginning of the construction of our own production hall with a 16 t overhead crane and a 5x5 meter entrance gate. These parameters were chosen to fully respect the parameters of the machines according to the company's machinery equipment.
2020
Purchase and installation of a new horizontal boring machine WHQ 15 CNC, thus increasing the share of own production to 80%. In November of the same year, the WVM 2600T portal machining center was taken into use. All milling machines from a major Czech supplier TOS Varnsdorf a.s.. Gradual transfer of equipment from rented premises to our own ones in Strašice – WHQ 105 I. As of 2020, the company has 12 employees.
2021
Takeover of the production company Ako plus s.r.o.. Clearing of the original production premises in the Malthouse in Mýto and moving to the premises rented by the company Ako plus s.r.o. Establishment of storage spaces at our new production hall in Strašice.
2022
Construction of the second half of the new production hall in Strašice. Purchase of a horizontal boring machine WHQ 105 CNC II., incl. installation. Termination of external leases, complete move to the Strašice production plant. At the end of the year, organizing a social day for TOS-TYC partners.
2023
Purchase of our own administrative facilities for our new headquarters in the village of Strašice. Purchase and installation of a Hermle C 650 machine at the end of the year. Purchase of a second gantry crane with a lifting capacity of 12.5 t.
2024
Construction of the second hall with a 12.5 t bridge crane begins. The hall will be used in the future for storage of semi-finished products, finished products, shipping and expansion of the company's space capabilities. Ordering of a new horizontal machining center WHT 130 CNC.
2025
The installation of a new horizontal machining center WHT 130 CNC is planned for the beginning of the year.
2026
Acquisition of a CNC Carousel machine SKIQ16 CNC. The machine has been completely modernized in 2025.
